Greyhaunt Manor 2004 - Donations Pillar

Winston is a big resin gargoyle who used to be the base of a table. Hand-sculpted Sculpy horns painted with acrylic paint were added to the top of his head and the tips of his wings to hide the pegs where the glass tabletop used to sit. Acrylic paint was used to add some color to his eyes, teeth and various other bits. A coating of Ritz Whitener makes his eyes glow under blacklight.

The pillar is a cardboard concrete form covered with carpet. A red floodlight placed inside the pillar shines up through a hole under the "Donations" sign, making the letters glow.
